“Venue with plenty of room for outside tables; the interior is neat and pretty. The staff is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The menu offers excellent items both traditional and non-traditional, and the quality can be seen in the dishes. Well-stocked wine list (it's physical, you can see the individual bottles on display) and I found a gem there (a spectacular Stella barbera d'asti "from men"). Highly recommended!”

I am the Cabbage Snack Chef and for the past 6 years I have been putting all my love for cooking into my dishes that are meant to maintain tradition but always with innovative and original touches. I like to select local products, but also international ones, thus creating mouth-watering "off-menu" mixes to offer in our now iconic board!

I'm Denise and I'm the room manager at Snack Cabbage, I take full care of our customers by accompanying them from appetizer to dessert for a unique experience! I convey my love and knowledge of wine by guiding diners to an appropriate choice for each course thus enhancing our magnificent wine-growing area.

Started as an idea for a place dedicated to a Sinoira snack, the desire to be original was never lacking. The evolution over the years has led us more and more to enhance our house Asti, finding the right balance between "del Cavolo" proposals and our traditional dishes!
The atmosphere
But not only food is our focus! The Cabbage Patch is famous for its light and fun atmosphere, a casual setting in which to feel at home and be able to relax. We place great emphasis on making our guests feel pampered and comfortable, our goal is to pamper them gastronomically in a fun and carefree environment.
Our Menu
A game of balance!
The exaltation of our way of being is seen in the proposal: from dishes with a firm identity in the Monferrato tradition such as our appetizer tasting or our square agnolotto, which, however, are flanked by now our symbols such as the fregola sarda... A continuous alternation of local and non-local flavors that make our menu truly dynamic. They then complete two "dishes of the day" that we always change according to the raw materials and that's it!
