Chef Mario Morra takes care of the cuisine of " IL CAVOLO A MERENDA" using his long experience; born in 1947, self-taught with over than 40 years of experience, he cultivates his passion ranging from Italian cooking, with pizza, to recipes coming from Spain or South America.

As a tradition of "IL CAVOLO A MERENDA" restaurant , the Chef does not hesitate to propose some dishes from the European cuisine.

The Chef is always supported by his sons Franca and Thomas, taking care of the guests in the dining room.
